화재 현장에서 들것은 중요한 사고자 구조 수단이지만 이를 이용한 구조활동의 경우 사고자 한 명을 이송하기 위해 적게는 2명, 많게는 6명의 인력을 필요로 한다. 이는 화재 현장 속에 아직 갇혀있는 시민들과 그들을 구하기 위해 계속해서 불길 속으로 들어가야 하는 구조대원에게도 치명적인 결과를 초래할 수 있다. Life stretcher는 구조대원이 어깨에 맬 수 있는 배낭 형태의 들것으로 압축공기통과 의자형 구조 들것을 결합한 구조장비이다. 압축공기통과 결합되어 있는 의자형태의 구조 들것을 펴면, 소방대원 1인이 사고자 1명을 신속하게 이송할 수 있으며 두 손이 자유롭기 때문에 화재현장 속 위험에도 즉각적인 대응을 가능하게 하여 추가적인 사고의 위험을 줄인다. |

In order to save lives from fire disasters, we have a stretcher as one of the most important fire rescue tools. Unfortunately, this tool requires 2~6 people to use. It makes the saving process delayed which means that we could lose many lives. ‘Life stretcher’ is a new back-pack type of stretcher combined an oxygen tank with rescue stretcher looked like chair. By using the chair on it, one firefighter can save one life. This tool allows firefighters to move faster, safer and more efficiently than traditional stretchers in fire disasters. |
