| 전세계인을 '홀릭' 시키고 있는 브랜드는 무수히 많지만 그중에서도 꼽아보자면 대다수의 사람들은 '샤넬'을 꼽지 않을까 한다. 샤넬에서 최근 'Sublime De Chanel 워터프루프 마스카라'를 출시하여 화장품 시장속에서 그 건재함을 계속 이어 나가려 하고 있고, 화장품 시장은 여성들만의 전유물에서 남성들 또한 찾는 아이템으로 성격이 변모하고 있다. 본 작품의 내용은 : '팬텀'은 사고로 얼굴에 생긴 흉터를 가리기 위해 가면을 착용하며, 크리스틴을 사랑하지만 얼굴의 흉터때문에 오히려 두려움을 산다. 극의 끝부분에는 크리스틴에게 가면에 '키스'를 받기도 하지만, 결국 엔딩신에선 그 가면이 덩그러니 떨어져 있고, 사랑이 이루어 졌는지는 알수 없다. 이러한 극의 원내용을 살려서 '팬텀'이 가면을 벗어던진 비주얼이지만 샤넬 마스카라를 보여줌으로서, 열린결말을 해피엔딩으로 바꾸어 '이제는 샤넬 마스카라로 자신감을 되찾아 당당히 가면을 벗어던졌다' 란 메세지를 전달하고 있으며, 앞서 얘기했던 바와 같이 '가면의 주인인 팬텀은 남자가 아니냐'라는 의구심은 화장품 시장이 더이상 여성에게만 국한되어지고 있지 않는 것을 동시에 얘기하고 있다. | |||

Chanel has launched 'Sublime De Chanel Waterproof Mascara'and tries to continue to be well at cosmetic markets. Cosmetic markets are changing from exclusive markets for women into items for both women and men. The contents of the work are as follows. 'Phantom' is a queer gentleman who wears a mask to cover a scar on his face after an accident. He loves Christin but lives in fear because of his scar. At the end of the play, he was kissed on the mask by Christin. But there is a fallen mask solely at the end of the scene and no one knows if their love is accomplished. Making use of the contents of the play, I deliver the message like this ; Phantom is a visual after taking off the mask but you change a open ending into a happy ending by showing 'Chanel Mask'. Now you get confidence with 'Chanel Mask' taking off a mask. As I told you before, The doubt that 'Isn't Phantom ,the owner of the mask, a man?' is telling us that cosmetic markets are no longer limited to women. |
