한국을 대표하는 문화 중 하나인 배달 문화는 많은 사람들의 일상이 좀 더 편리하고 풍요로워질 수 있는 역할을 하고 있습니다. 하지만 그 이면엔 높은 수치의 교통사고와 배달원의 직업적 고충이 뒤따르고 있습니다. handyance 프로젝트는 편리함을 뜻하는 handy와 전달을 뜻하는 conveyance의 합성어로, 물품과 편지 등을 전달하는 배달원들을 위해 그들의 유니폼을 기능뿐만 아니라 심미적 차원에서도 개선해 조금 더 쾌적하고 향상된 차원의 사회활동이 가능하도록 돕는 가교 역할을 하겠다는 데서 출발하였습니다. 탈부착이 가능한 형태의 백팩을 상의와 결합하여 활동성 및 수납의 용이함을 증가시켰고, 일체형과도 같은 효과를 주어 심미적 안정감이 있으며 재귀반사(retro-reflection) 소재를 적극 활용하여 다양한 부분에 부착 및 봉제를 통해 야간 운행 시 안정감을 향상시키는 효과 또한 가미했습니다. |

The delivery culture, which is one of the representative culture of Korea, plays a role in making the daily life of many people more convenient and enriching. But behind it are high traffic accidents and the vocations of the deliveries. This project is a combination of handy, which means convenience, and conveyance, which means delivery, and it was designed to make their uniforms more enjoyable and better for the delivery of goods. The detachable backpack combines with the tops to increase activity and provide a sense of stability, and retro-reflective materials are used to improve stability at night. |
