| 수산물이 소비자에게 오기까지의 전 과정을 분석해보면, 수산물 선도 관리상 중 가장 비중이 큰 부분이 “유통과정 중 온도관리" 라는 걸 알 수 있다.그러나 세계적으로 위생과 이력에 대한 부분은 존재하지만 수산물의 온도에 대한 관리가 전무하다. 현재 부산이 FAO에 선정되 국가적으로는 수산물 안전에 대해 선두 할 수 있는 기회다. 배수,적재,적층,용적,소재부분에서 기존 어상자 대비 월등하게 설계하였고. FAO국제규격을 만족한다. 단가가 싼 온도RFID와 시온스티커를 내장하여 온도를 실시간으로 관리하고 소비자들은 해당 수산물 유통온도와 이력, 선도등급 등 정보를 어플로 모니터링 할 수 있다 | |||

| In the whole process of aquatic products to come up to the consumer, it can be seen that the largest part in the aquatic products management leading the "temperature control during the distribution."Parts of the hygiene and history is present, but the management of the temperature of the aquatic products is managing globally.Experiment with drainage, loading, stacking, volume, material parts was superior compared to conventional designs.
