| “Upcycling Jewelry 2018”은 여름이 되면 많이 사용하고 버려지는 플라스틱 빨대를 이용한 재활용 주얼리다. 빨대의 다양한 칼라와 소재의 탁월한 표면 질감이 주얼리 소재로써의 높은 활용성을 보여 작업을 진행하였으며 그 결과 재활용 패러다임의 변화를 기반으로 한 재활용 주얼리의 디자인과 제작 가능성을 제시하였다. | |||
| DESCRIPTION | |||
| “Upcycling Jewelry 2018” is a recycled jewelry using plastic disposable straws which are thrown away after used especially in summer. I chose the straw, because it has various colors and exceptional surface texture and shows the availability as a jewelry material. As a result, this project proposed the possibility of design and production of recycled jewelry based on the change of recycling paradigm. | |||
