| 하이포크 브런치퀵은 독일식 커리부어스트와 불에 직접구워 불맛을 살린 햄버그 스테이크 2종으로 출시되었으며 찜팩 기능을 가진 기능성트레이포장을 사용하여 촉촉한 맛을 살린 브런치용 제품이다. 냉동식품 자체의 수분을 이용하여 조리를 하는 전자레인지 조리법 특성상, 보통 냉동식품이 건조되는 현상이 발생하는데 이 제품은 트레이 상단필름을 벗기지 않고 압력밥솥과 같은 원리로 조리를 하기 때문에 수분증발이 발생하지 않아 막 조리를 한 듯한 촉촉함을 느낄 수 있다. 또한, 특허를 획득한 이 기능성트레이포장(찜팩)은 조리하는 과정에서 필름이 살짝 부풀어오르면서 수증기 내압으로 조리되고 고온에서 용기배출구로 수증기가 빠져나가면서 조리가 가능하게 설계되었다. | |||

| “Hypork Brunch Quick” is released in two type, German-style curry wurst & smoked hamberg steak. These products are cooked with functional tray pack, which makes food moist even it microwave cooked. Normally microwave foods are dried after cooked cause microwave use moist of the product itself. This functional tray pack works with ‘Pressure cooker’ principle, doesn’t need to open the top sealing film when it get cook with microwave. While it is cooking the top file getting inflate, food is cooking by steam and internal pressure. When it get end of the cooking, hot steam get out through the hole on the steam pack. Accordingly, it is possible to feel the freshness as cooked immediately. This functional tray pack obtain a patent. | |||
