| 과연 우리는 지진 속에서 안전을 보장받고 살아가고 있는가? 우리나라도 안전하다고 확신할 수 없는 지진 등, 자연재해에 대해 궁극적인 안전을 보장받을수 있는 ‘대피소’ 를 디자인 하였다. 현재 존재하는 지진방지 설계로는 ‘내진 설계’ 가 존재하지만 지진의 피해를 축소할 뿐 근원적으로 피하지는 못한다. 하지만 대피소와 구조적으로 연결된 요소들을 없애고, 구조 자체를 공중에 띄운다면 지진의 진동파를 피할 수 있다. 이에 ‘자기부상’ 원리를 이용한 새롭고 이상적인 대피소를 제시한다. | |||

| Are we safely living in an earthquake? We designed a ‘shelter’ to ensure the ultimate security against natural disasters, including earthquakes which korea is no longer safe from. The existing earthquake-proof design is “earthquake-resistant design”, but it can just reduce the damage of the earthquake, not avoiding it fundamentally. But if the elements that are structurally connected to the shelter are eliminated and the structure itself is made in the air, the vibration waves of the earthquake can be avoided. This suggests a new and ideal shelter using the principle of ‘magnetic levitation’. | |||
