도시환경과 자연환경에 어울리는 자전거헬멧 디자인을 구상하였다. 하이그로싱 광택표면처리와 블랙과 레드의 칼라매칭을 적용하여 고급스러움을 어필하였다. 헬멧 내부에는 통기성을 극대화하기 위한 벤틸레이션 에어터널을 구현하였다. 20대에서 50대까지 한국인의 두상형태와 사이즈를 측정하여 3D모델링 데이터에 반영하였다. 헬멧 전면부에는 LED Position과 Turn Signal Lamp를 적용하고, 후면부에는 Turn Signal Lamp를 적용하였다. 핸들바에는 좌,우 방향전환 램프작동을 위한 무선 S/W를 설치하여 야간의 자전거 주행 안전성강화와, 타제품과의 차별화를 극대화하였다. |

The helmet for bicyclist matched to urban and natural circumstance was designed. Applying the techniques of a high glossing(high-gloss) surface treatment and color matching using black and red colors, the exclusivity was appealed. An "Air-tunnel" was formed to optimize the ventilation of the helmet inside. The resultant values of korean head shapes and size measurement were utilized to the 3D modeling data. The LED turn signal lamps were equipped in the front and rear side of the helmet. Installing a wireless system software for left/right direction signal lamps in the handle bar. |
