기하학적 형태 중의 하나인 정팔각형을 기본단위로 선택하여 반복과 대칭을 통해 얻어지는 형태적 심미성과 효용성을 갖춘 장신구 제작을 목적으로 하며, 8의 내포하는 구원과 부활, 성스러움, 완성, 영원, 무한을 상징화 하여 상관관계를 다루고자 함이다. |

The piece of work from this study shows various shapes and forms depending on different viewpoints. The simple geometric shapes have various meaning and the whole design piece is layered by each simple shape that presents abundant and various forms. Most of all, the character of the forms is simple and repeated, therefore the visual look is clear and it has a systemic composition in the design piece. The octagonal theme of the piece is basic but beautiful and when people wear it the piece conveys true meaning and others will see it as a valuable accessory. |
