| 힐스테이트 “시설 없는 놀이터”는 천편일률적인 조합놀이대 위주의 놀이터 디자인을 탈피하여 아이들의 활용 창의력을 높일 수 있는 “휴게+놀이+운동” 기능의 복합 놀이 공간이다. 목재 데크 테라스의 휴게 공간은 생울타리로 둘러 쌓여 아늑하게 위요된 공간으로 놀이터의 아이들을 관찰하고 보호하기 쉽도록 배치되었다. 구릉 놀이터에는 조합 놀이대가 없다. 대신하여 다양한 경사의 구릉이 자리잡고 있다. 아이들이 오르락 내리락 뛰어다니고 미끄럼을 타며 놀다가 구멍 사이로 통과하기도 하는 등 다양한 놀이를 스스로 만들어가며 놀 수 있는 공간이다. 여름철에는 물을 채워 시원한 물놀이를 즐길 수도 있다. 놀이터와 연결된 운동 공간은 다양한 연령이 이용할 수 있도록 인조잔디로 포장된 멀티코트와 함께 야외 운동기구를 설치하였다. 이로서 아이들의 새로운 놀이와 부모들의 이용이 함께하는 힐스테이트만의 독특한 공간을 제안한다. | |||

| HILLSTATE "No Equipment Playground" is a multi-functional playground with "rest + play + exercise" function, away from the design of a playground centered on a combination equipment. The wooden-deck rest terrace is enclosed arranged for easy observation of children in the playground. There are no manufactured multi play equipment in this hill playground. Instead, various slopes of hills are located. Children can enjoy various games by making their own plays. In summer, you can fill the water and enjoy water plays. The sports place connected to the playground is planned with an outdoor sports equipment with a court paved in artificial grrass. | |||
