버스킹으로 인한 문화거리 형성은 버스커 입장에서 불특정 다수에게 자신을 알림과 동시에 지역적으로 문화, 예술 활동에 대한 접근성을 높이는 긍적적인 사회적 역활을 가능하게 한다. 하지만 우리나라 서울시 ‘홍대 걷고 싶은 거리’는 특히 수많은 버스킹의 홍수와 사용자의 각기 다른 니즈로 인한 소음, 통행방해, 상점 출입방해로 ‘죽고 싶은 거리’로 조롱당한다. 이에 거리 사용자의 각기 다른 니즈를 반영하여 거리문제를 해결하고자 핵심단어의 나열로 세상을 연결시키는 가장 강력한 소통행위인 Hashtag를 조형적으로 재해석한 모티브로 거리의 버스커를 포함한 수많은 사용자들의 니즈를 연결시켜 모두가 향유할 수 있는 버스킹 문화 예술거리를 제안한다. |

| ‘Pedestrian-friendly street in Hong Ik University’ in Seoul is ridiculed as ‘dying street’ due to overflow of busking, noise from individual needs, interference of traffic, and interference of entrance to the stores. Hence, busking cultural art street is suggested for everyone to be able to enjoy upon connecting numerous users’ needs including street buskers with plasticly interpreted hashtag which is the strongest communication activity to connect to the world by listing core vocabularies in order to solve the street problems upon applying different needs individually. | |||
