보행 장애인들은 일반주차공간에서는 공간이 좁아 차에서 내리기가 힘들기 때문에, 장애인 전용주차 공간에서 내리는 것이 훨씬 편리하다. 하지만 공공건물이나 아파트 같은 경우에도 장애인 주차장이 없는 경우도 많고 그에 찬성하지 않는 주민들과 종종 마찰이 일어나기도 한다. 또한 장애인 주차공간에 주차하기 위해 장애인 차량 마크를 위조하여 붙이고 다니거나 일치하지 않는 차량번호를 사용하며 사람들을 속이면서 주차를 하기도 하고 일반인들이 비양심적으로 차를 세우는 경우도 있어, 정작 장애인이 필요할 때는 쓸 수 없는 경우가 많다. 따라서 장애인 주차 공간을 쉽게 알아볼 수 있도록 조명과 함께 장애인만 이용 가능한 제품을 설치한다. 또한 장애인 차량마크의 위장술 내지는 편법이 너무 쉽게 일어나므로, 장애인용 차량 번호판에 센서를 부착하고 공식적으로 발급받게 한다. 주차 공간 제품에도 센서를 부착하여 장애인용 차량 번호판 센서가 반응하게 한다. |

It is very hard for disabled people to get off a car in public parking lot that space is too narrow. So they really need to use disabled parking lot. However there are few disabled parking lots and it even causes some problems with residents who have complaints. In addition to, there are many unscrupulous people who counterfeit mark of disabled people's vehicles and have discordant car's number to park in disabled parking lot. So There are frequent occasions when disabled people can not use their parking lot when they really need the place. To solve this problems we can install the product available only disabled people with lighting to see disabled parking lots easily. Also it is really easy to do disguise and expedient of disabled people's vehicles mark. So we need to attach sensor which should be issued officially to number plate of disabled people's vehicles and product of parking space and this sensor will be responded. |
