층간 흡연은 공동의 주거공간이 급증한 현대사회에서 층간 소음만큼 심각한 문제가 되고 있습니다. 흡연을 하는 당사자는 내 집에서 내가 산 담배를 피우지도 못하냐고 할 수 있지만 비흡연자는 베란다나 화장실의 하수구를 통해 올라오는 담배연기로 인한 간접흡연을 호소합니다. 더욱 문제 되는 점은 어린이나 갓난 아이를 키우고 있는 가정의 경우 집안에 흡연자가 없음에도 불구하고 간접흡연으로 여러 질환을 앓을 수 있다는 점입니다. 보건복지부에서는 아파트 내 간접흡연 피해를 막는 공동주택관리법 개정안을 만들어 2018년 2월부터 시행하여, 관리사무소와 경비원이 간접흡연 피해에 개입할 수 있는 최소한의 장치를 마련해 놓았지만 소극적인 대응이라고 평가되고 있습니다. 이 포스터에서는 흡연 당사자는 아무 생각 없이 피울 수 있는 담배연기가 마치 이웃에게는 화재현장의 매연이나, 전쟁터의 생화학 가스처럼 치명적이며 고통스러울 수 있음을 나타냈습니다. |

Smoking between floors is becoming as serious a problem between floors in today's society where the number of common living spaces has increased. Smoker may say, " Can't I smoke the cigarette I bought at my house? " but the non-smoker asks for second-hand smoke through a pipe in the veranda or bathroom. What's more problematic is that families with children can suffer from various diseases from second-hand smoke, even though there are no smokers at home. The poster indicated that the smoke that the smoker can smoke without thinking about could be deadly and painful for neighbors, such as smoke at the fire scene or biogas at the battle. |
