2018년 평창동계올림픽 등 우리나라를 대표할 수 있는 상징적인 기념품의 종류들이 소재의 측면에서 다양하게 개발 될 필요성이 있다고 보여진다. 대한민국을 대표하는 상징적인 모티브 중에 태극기를 모티브로 하여 엠보싱 기법과 펀칭기법을 이용하여 제품을 제작하고자 한다. 가방제품의 경우 기법들을 이용한 소재로 앞면 또는 주머니부분에 포인트를 주거나 가방의 스트랩부분에 포인트를 주어 세련미를 강조하고자 한다. 재해석한 태극기 문양을 철형으로 제작하게 된다면 생산면에서도 효율적이므로 생산단가를 낮출 수 있다. |

| DESCRIPTION | |||
| There is a necessity for the materials that are used for producing souvenirs that represent Korea such as the souvenirs for 2018 Pyeong Chang Olympics or national events to be diversified. This is an attempt to produce a product using Taegeukgi, the national flag of Korea, which is one of the most significant element that symbolizes Korea using the embossing and punching methodology. In case of bags, the elegance and grace will be emphasized and presented by the decorations made at the front side, pockets, and straps. The production cost can be saved if the re-interpreted Tageukgi is being produced in a convex form. | |||
