나는 왼손잡이다. 왼손잡이는 타국에 비해 한국에서 더욱 소수이기 때문에, 한국에서 이들을 배려한 디자인이 나오는 경우가 매우 드물다. 그래서 종종 왼손잡이가 불편함을 겪을 때가 있는데, 특히 글을 쓸 때는 손과 종이가 더러워지는 경우가 자주 발생한다. 이 반지는 왼손잡이가 사용할 수 있도록 제작한 왼손잡이 전용 반지이며, 글씨를 쓰는 종이와 사용자의 손을 띄우면서, 종이와 손, 모두를 깨끗하게 유지하는데 도움을 준다. 또한 군더더기 없고 깔끔한 선을 이용해 반지의 본 역할인 심미성을 잃지 않도록 디자인하였다. 이 반지 사용을 통해 사용자들이 빌 게이츠, 미켈란젤로 같은 영향력 있는 왼손잡이 인물들처럼 자신의 잠재력을 발휘할 수 있길 기대한다. |

I am left-handed. As there are fewer left-handers in Korea, not many products for them are developed. Sometimes being left-handed means having so many inconveniences, and one of them is pencil smudges - when you are writing something down on paper, it is easy to get both your hand and the paper dirty. In order to mitigate the inconvenience, the ring, specifically designed for left-handed people, prevents your hand from touching the paper directly and keeps both your hand and the paper clean. Besides its practicality, with its simple and modest design, the ring does not lose the beauty a ring should have. With the ring, I hope more left-handed people can unleash their potentials just like many left-handed leaders, such as Bill Gates or Michelangelo Buonarroti, did. |
