가정에서 배출되는 폐의약품은 싱크대를 통하여 하수도로 배출되거나 생활쓰레기로 종량제 봉투에 담아 배출됨으로써 의약물질에서 배출된 항생물질 등이 하천 및 토양에 잔류되어 환경에 노출되는 문제점이 야기된바 있다. 환경부에서는 2008년부터 서울특별시를 대상으로 가정내 폐의약품 회수처리 시범사업을 실시하여 왔으며, 2009년 4월부터는 전국 주요도시등에서 확대, 실시해오고 있으나 여전히 다음과 같은 문제가 지속되고 있다. (1) 폐의약품으로 인한 환경오염 인식 부족 (2) 복용자의 잘못된 인식으로 인한 폐의약품 발생 (3) 복용약의 정보 부족으로 인한 약물 오남용 문제 (4) 홍보 부족으로 인한 국민 인식 결여로 폐의약품 수거 비활성화 (5) 수거함 보관장소 부족 및 폐의약품 보관시 악취에 의한 약국의 적극적 참여 결여 위와 같은 문제에 대해 "폐의약품으로 인한 환경오염을 줄이고, 올바른 약복용으로 국민의 건강을 지킨다""는 목표로 폐의약품 수거 활성화를 위한 서비스 디자인이다. |

Waste medicines in home put in garbage bag or is discharged into the sewer through the sink. The antibiotic discharged from medicinal substances, residues in the soil and rivers, and is exposed to the environment. he Ministry of the Environment in for Seoul from 2008, it has implemented waste medicines processing business model, but the following problems have been lasted. 1) Lack of knowledge about environment pollution from waste medicines 2) Occurrence waste medicines from people to have a false sense of medicine. 3) Drug abuse and misuse from a lack of medicine information 4) Waste medicines collection deactivation from a lack of advertisement 5) A lack of pharmacy active participation from inconvenience collection and storage I propose the service design for the activation of the waste medicines collection. The service design goal is to reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste medicines, in taking the appropriate medicine, protect the health of the people. |
