채워지지 않은 부족함을 갖고 사는 것은 인간의 숙명과도 같다. 갈망하는 무언가를 성취하고 부족함을 채우고 나면, 또다른 부족감을 느끼고, 다시, 새로운 것을 갈망한다. 영원히 해결되지 않을 인간의 욕심과 욕망을 그림(일러스트)으로 대신 표출하여, 예술로 승화시키는 것이 이러한 불완전한 인간의 본성을 위한 진정한 돌파구가 아닐까 하여, 인간의 몸에 가장 가까이 닿아있는 의복에 일러스트를 그려 넣는다. 이러한 작업이, 앞서 열거한 인간의 본성을 위로하며 욕구를 해갈시키고, 입는 사람과 보는 사람 모두에게 꿈을 꿀 수 있도록 하며, 의복을 통해서 예술의 미와 재미를 느낄 수 있도록 하고 싶다. |

| Human's fate is just like a life that cannot be fully filled. After complete something you really want to take, feel other scarcity, again, be eager for new ones. Instead human's endless greed and desire which seem to stay unsolvable change into the shape of picture. Artists thinking real breakthrough for incomplete human nature found the answer in sublimate to art. Then, they pictured illiustration on the closest clothes to our body. I wish those works could console mentioned human nature, solve the desire and make people who wear or watch the clothes, dream a dream and feel the beauty and fun of art. | |||
