[ 언론의 자유 ] : ‘ 표현의 자유’라고도 하며, 구두에 의한 발언의 자유와 인쇄에 의한 출판의 자유를 포함하는 온갖 표현매체에 의한 표현의 자유를 의미한다. 오늘날 우리는 언론이 사회에 미치는 영향력을 절대 과소평가 할수 없게 되었다. 따라서 이처럼 사회를 이끌어 나가는 언론은 투명하고 자유로워야 한다. 마치 자유로운 나비처럼 말이다. 나비의 그릇된 날갯짓이 지구 반대편에는 허리케인을 불러오는 '나비효과'가 나지 않으려면말이다. |
