원단의 디자인, 제품의 디자인에 있어서 장식적 요소를 제거하고 본질만을 남겨 미니멀한 가방과 의상을 제안한다. 반복되는 기하학적 모티브와 단순한 형태, 절제된 색은 기계적이며 차갑다. 그러나 그 안에는 미니멀의 공허를 상쇄시키는 천연 종이 실이 새로운 공간을 창조하고 있다. 종이 실이 잘리고 꺾이고 움직이면서 자기 조직화되고 있는 것이다. 종이 실의 텍스추어와 위사로 사용된 면사의 텍스추어가 어우러져 젠의 따뜻함을 담아내게 되었다. |

I suggest minimalistic bag and clothing that only contains the essence of them and eliminate the ornamental part from the design of fabric and the product. Repetitive geometrical motive, simple shape and limiting color are mechanical and cold. However, natural paper yarns compensating for the emptiness of the minimalistic create a new space within the coldness. Paper yarns are self-organizing as they are cut, bent and moved. The texture of the paper yarns and the cotton yarns that was used for weft mingle together to create warmth of zen. |
