| 현재 지구촌은 꾸준히 제기되는 환경 문제들로 인해 오래전부터 많은 친환경 정책들을 내놓았다. 그 중 탄소 배출량을 줄이기 위한 ‘자전거 도시’ 계획은 많은 나라에서 시도되고 있는데, 서울시의 경우, 작년 10월부터 공공자전거 서비스인 ‘따릉이’를 도입하여 운영 중에 있다. 당국은 이를 위해 많은 노력을 기울이나 아직까지 자전거를 이용하고 즐기는 ‘라이더들의 편의를 위한 구체적인 시설물'에 대한 계획은 부족하다. 따라서, 이 프로젝트의 목적은 자전거 이용객들의 의견을 수렴하여 한강 시민공원에 자전거 대여, 휴게, 정비, 판매 시설을 계획해 시민의 편의를 증진하고,’친환경 도시’에 기여하는 것이다. | |||

| The current global community comes up with many eco-friendly policie because of steadily proposed environment problems. Among them, the ‘Bike City’ plan to cut carbon emission is being attempted in many countries. In the case of the Seoul Government, it runs public bicycle service,Seoul Bike ‘Ttareungyi’, since last October.The plan of specific facilities for people who ride and enjoy bicycles, however, is insufficient. Thus, the purpose of this project is, by reflecting riders’ opinion,to contribute eco-friendly city and to promote people’s convenience from designing bicycle rental station,drive cafe,maintenance facility and sales facilities | |||
